Jun Fermentation Workshop

Nectar is excited to host Jamie Lee of Moonbrew for an evening of fermentation, where we will be creating invigorating, wildcrafted jun tonics to welcome Spring.

Using local, in-season fruit, herbs & botanicals, you will be guided through the jun fermentation process to which you will then infuse two of your own unique reishi {ganoderma lucidum} brews with Spring harvest herbal plant medicines, using intuition as your guide.

You will leave with two wildcrafted healing jun tonics of your own, along with an understanding of the potent benefits of fermentation and a knowledge to confidently re-create jun tonics in your home. Jamie will also take everyone though a guided meditation during the evening.

- each participant will leave with 2 x 16oz bottles

- each participant will leave with a how-to brew guide

- please bring pen, paper, open mind & open heart

This workshop will have a focus on red reishi, which is a beautiful mushroom with ample medicinal qualities including immune support, mental clarity, stress management, and liver protection.
